Jessica is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida with a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Stetson University. She is deeply passionate about creating a therapeutic space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered as they navigate their path toward healing and personal growth. Jessica works with teens and adults, specializing in issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. She is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment where clients from all walks of life feel genuinely welcomed and understood.

Jessica’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in authenticity. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP I & II) and a Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) practitioner, an evidence-based modality proven effective in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, phobias, and grief. In addition, Jessica has been certified by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement in law enforcement culture, equipping her to effectively treat post-traumatic stress and other stress-related disorders while honoring the unique experiences and challenges of law enforcement officers and first responders. She tailors her work to each client’s individual needs, drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed mindfulness practices, and hypnotherapy when appropriate. She believes that true healing happens within a genuine, trusting relationship and that therapy should feel like a meaningful and respectful conversation grounded in empathy and human connection.

With over 15 years of experience in school-based counseling and private practice, Jessica brings a wealth of insight and sensitivity to her work, along with a deep respect for each client’s unique story. She is currently accepting new clients and offers both in-person and virtual sessions to ensure flexibility and accessibility.
