Jessica Richardson, MS, Lmhc, ncc

Jessica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida who believes therapy should feel real, honest, and genuinely helpful. With over a decade of experience and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Stetson University, she works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and the everyday stress of being human. Her goal is simple: create a space where clients feel safe to be themselves, supported in their healing, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Known for her warm, grounded presence and authentic style, Jessica blends deep clinical work with real human connection. She is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed mindfulness to provide personalized, flexible care tailored to each individual.

Jessica’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth. She believes therapy should feel like a meaningful conversation—not a lecture—and she strives to create an inclusive, affirming space where people from all backgrounds feel welcomed and understood. She offers both in-person and virtual sessions to fit the realities of busy lives.
