Conner Knight, MS, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Conner is a graduate of UCF’s Clinical Psychology Master’s program with several years of experience in crisis management, leading group psychotherapy, as well as supporting individuals with a variety of clinical presentations and stressors take steps toward leading a more fulfilling life.  Conner values and believes in the innate ability that each individual possesses, as well as the power that exists within a supportive, accepting, and nurturing environment.

Conner uses a humanistic approach to foster this environment within the therapy room along with evidence-based treatment practices that are designed to improve your well-being.  Above all else, Conner ensures that the client is being heard, understood, and that the direction of treatment reflects that feedback.

Conner has an interest in working with adolescents and adults who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, OCD, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship conflicts.
