Trauma and PTSD

Trauma can occur to an individual in a number of different ways. Informally, we can call less severe traumas, “Little t’s.” While more serious traumatic events, “Big T’s.” However, trauma and PTSD can have significantly life altering effects on people’s psychological and relational health. As such, we devise an evidenced-based trauma-informed approach of psychotherapy designed to help you heal from any traumatic event, and achieve a renewed sense of homeostasis and wellbeing.
