Anxiety / Depression

Anxiety can manifest itself in a number of different ways, and can create significant impairment for an individual. Some people will find that there are in a constant state of worry, stress and uncertainty. Anxiety can be a major hindrance in one’s personal and professional lives. Reducing anxiety will help to increase higher levels of wellbeing, more of a sense of inner peace, and a deeper sense of self-confidence. Our team of practitioners are all well versed and highly trained to treat any anxiety related issue. We believe that anxiety needs to be clinically addressed in two fundamental ways: 

  1. Managing the uncomfortable symptoms. Part of reducing your anxiety is to help you learn practical skills to manage the uncomfortable presentation of the symptoms. 
  2. Finding and treating the root cause. We also believe that we need to identify the root causes of your anxiety. Helping you discover its origin, can be greatly beneficial, as you explore its significance.

 
Depression can present itself as apathy, sadness, guilt, exhaustion and even irritability. We believe that helping you spearhead a plan to counter the negative effects of depression will help to give you the motivation and awareness to work through the unpleasantness and disconnection that it causes in our lives.
