Jonathan brings over a decade of leadership and organizational management experience across healthcare, education, and non‐profit sectors. As Practice Administrator and Office Manager at Stokes Counseling and Consulting, Jonathan partners with executive leadership and the clinical director to align day-to-day operations with the strategic goals of the practice.

With a strong background in administration, project management, and staff development, Jonathan has overseen daily operations, patient intake, scheduling, billing systems, and compliance to ensure seamless client experiences. He is recognized for his ability to streamline processes, foster collaboration, and build high-performing teams that thrive in a supportive and accountable culture.

Growing up culturally diverse as a Hispanic American, Jonathan experienced both Puerto Rican and stateside cultures, which shaped his ability to connect with people from diverse walks of life, being fluent in both English and Spanish, bringing that unique perspective to leadership. His career track includes diverse management and supervisory roles where he consistently demonstrated operational excellence, organizational vision, and people-focused leadership.

Jonathan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and holds certifications as a Chaplain with the Embassy of United Chaplains and in Mental Health Coaching with the AACC. He is passionate about advancing organizational success, supporting professional development within his teams, and continuing to grow toward executive leadership.
