Jessica Proulx, MS, Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern

Born and raised in Central Florida, I’ve dedicated my professional life to helping individuals and families navigate their most challenging moments. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Central Florida before earning my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Stetson University. With over seven years of experience in substance abuse treatment, I bring a deep understanding of addiction and its impact on relationships. As a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I’m committed to creating a supportive, inclusive environment for all clients, regardless of their background or identity.

My areas of clinical interest include premarital counseling, infidelity, parenting, adoption, trauma, grief, and postpartum issues. Whether you’re seeking support through the complexities of addiction, navigating the intricacies of adoption, or working through personal or relational trauma, I am here to provide guidance and compassion. Outside of my professional life, I find joy in digging in my garden or curling up with a good novel, which helps me stay grounded and inspired.
